Providing Care
   We provide non-medical, in-home care and companionship. We offer a wide range of services such as housekeeping, household repairs, transportation, gardening, computer and electronics help, as well as many other types of personal assistance.

Our Commitment To You:
   In considering us as care providers for you or your loved one, we want to assure you of our sincere commitment to providing quality assistance that meets the unique needs of each individual we serve. Upon request we are happy to share with you personal references from those we have served or served with over the years.

Service Hours:   Monday—Friday. 8am—6pm.
   Call to schedule appointments for assistance.
   Evening, weekend and emergency assistance may be arranged upon request and our availability.

Quality Care & Accountability Process:
   We are always open to discuss care concerns, or any questions, that you may have about our services. We will maintain a daily log of all services we provided for you, available to you and your family upon request.

Personal
· Offer companionship and conversation

· Assist with laundry and ironing

· Arrange appointments
· Care for houseplants
· Organize mail
· Change linens
· Plan, prepare and clean up meals
· Make beds
· Dust furniture
· Drop off and pick up dry cleaning
· Pick up prescriptions
· Organize and clean closets
· Assist with pet care
· Shop for groceries and supplies

Transportation
· Escort to appointments
· Escort for shopping and errands
· Attend club meetings and social events
· Aid with airport tasks

Handyman Tasks
· Fix household items
· Painting
· Gardening
· Repairs

Additional Services
· Internet and email training—computer service and instruction.
· Electronics, Instruction and service—TV, VCR, answering machines, cell phones.
· Take car for servicing, etc.

Cost of Services

$15 - per hour. Covers any type of assistance. Local tasks (Sylmar/ San Fernando) taking less than 1/2 hour will incur a minimum fee of $10.

Additional expenses: Parts, supplies, etc. only actual costs will be charged. Gas costs will be charged for travel outside of a 20 mile radius ($.20 per mile). Parking fees, etc.

Payment Type: Cash, check, money order or credit card.
